What can I expect during my first Shiatsu session?

We'll start with a brief chat to understand how you're feeling and what's happening in your body and life. Then, you'll lie down fully clothed on a soft futon. I'll use gentle pressure, stretches and energy work to help your body relax and rebalance. Many clients feel both calmer and more energised afterward.

What should I wear for my Shiatsu session?

Just wear something soft and comfortable—like leggings, joggers, or yoga clothes. Natural fabrics like cotton are best. Avoid jeans or anything tight, as you'll want to feel cosy and free to move. You can also get changed at the Zen Sanctuary into your comfy clothes.
